Please note that our Utah House Rep. Michael Kennedy had a 72% record, with our Senate Rep Daniel Hemmert –  District 14 – had a 66.5%

Last night at midnight, the Legislature adjourned after its most recent 45-day session. Some notable developments you'll soon be hearing more about:

  • Tax increases despite having over a half billion dollars in surplus revenue
  • Police quotas are now banned!
  • Food freedom finally arrives — with some raw milk reform, too
  • Follow-up laws on food trucks and home business licensure
  • Got a ticket? Do community service instead of paying
  • Huge pretrial reform on the horizon, creating fairer outcomes
  • Protectionism remains strong…
