After being caught in what was an apparent retaliatory action by judge Christine Johnson just hours after being served Notice see was named a Defendant in a case against her in the Utah Court — the unnecessary and dangerous bench warrants to arrest “Barbie & Ken” and “hold without bail” — were “recalled”.
Johnson had been named a Defendant twice in one week; first by a law firm in response Gov. Cox’s veto of a Utah House Bill and then by “Barbie & Ken”.

The Cromars have fought through over 4 years & 8 months worth of 15 court cases in the pursuit of JUSTICE. Through the courts’ treatment of the Cromar, they have demonstrated that JUSTICE is not their objective.
Time to STOP playing the part of dangerous judicial thugs and bullies in an Abuse of Process.

STOP trying to establish a Corporate / Commercial jurisdiction that doesn’t exist and impose it on the Cromars a man and woman (non-Corporate entities) and destroy them for simply defending themselves, their home, their lives, reputation and honor via a fraudulent IRS claim that was never proven in a court of Law.
