It’s been said that, “Necessity is the mother of invention.”  We are NOT attorneys.  Thankfully, we did not have money to hired attorneys.  We are a simple average married couple, parents of 7 children and grandparents of nine, an All-American “Barbie & Ken” family who love our country.

We have been thrown into the fire of adversity — having our Barbie’s DreamHouse stolen by lying lRS agents — and had to learn the LAW OF THE LAND so we could defend ourselves against the full power and force of super-funded DOJ in “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs. PAUL KENNETH CROMAR & BARBARA ANN CROMAR in a weaponized lRS claim in 2017 that we owed $1,053,028.65.   It was a LIE.  It has been proven to be a dangerous, life-threatening, home-stealing LIE.

We have learned and in the eyes of God and any reasonable person have PROVEN ourselves VICTORIOUS as we have each sued the Commissioner of the lRS (then Charles Rettig) and both WON! when his attorneys asked our cases against him to be dismissed while admitting that the lRS has had NO CLAIM on Barbie & Ken from 1990 through 2020.  31 straight years of INNOCENCE!

We defeated the lRS!!  But…

WE WON!  We defeated the lRS!!  And yet, the corrupt courts won’t acknowledge the fact and restore us to our home (paid off back around 2005) — an instead have run a kangaroo court fake trial complete with jury tampering, denying us counsel, denying Brady material or Subpoenas (including another Subpoena of the lRS Commissioner), etc., fraudulently “convicting” us of felony “burglary” of our own home (how can you burglarize your own home?)  — but the cowardly judge did NOT sentencing us despite our insistence to seal her crime officially.  This means that we are NOT CONVICTED felons, but rather fugitives from INJUSTICE.

In our case — or better said “CASES” –  EIGHTEEN (18!) cases to be exact — knowing with 100% certainty of our INNOCENCE, we have felt called of God, and  compelled to vigorously DEFEND our Lives, Liberty, Home, Reputation and Safety stolen by numerous so-called “judges”, “courts”, “officers of the court”, “law enforcement” allegedly acting in the “interest of justice”.

Barbie & Ken LOVE the LAW of the LAND.  The Constitution is our friend.  ALL of the “Oath-takers” should have been our friends and allies protecting our God-given, Constitutionally protected un-a-lien-able rights (meaning they cannot be bought, sold, traded, suspended, etc. under any circumstance), but instead acting in a selfish, wicked, self-serving, UN-Constitutional manner, acting as FOR PROFIT incorporated courts — YES INCORPORATED! — have PROVEN themselves acting as “Enemies… Domestic” in violation of their Oath of Office and hence in a state of High Treason.

Bet that ya didn’t know that most all of your government agencies have become INCORPORATED “For Profit” entities — including the UNITED STATES INC.  (see article reference below called “WW3 – World War Wicked #1 – Kingdom of God vs LUCIFER INC LLC”)

Simply stated, We, Barbie & Ken, are victims of GOVERNMENT GONE WILD.  We are nobodies.  However, we have that our ordeal is a God-given “assignment” to expose the horrendous level of corruption at every level of the courts, county, state, and federal.  We believe the scripture that says,

“…But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong,…”.

We, “Barbie & Ken” Cromar are truly the “small and simple things” (Ken stands a “towering & intimidating” 5′ 5″ and Barbara at 5′ 8 1/2″) of the earth that the good Lord can use to “accomplish BIG, great things.”  We are also known as “Barbie & Ken vs Goliath lRS” for good reason.  Goliath IS going down and he’ll go down hard!  It will cost him his head for defying the God of Israel, and God’s children who love and honor Him above ALL, sons and daughters of God, anointed to become kings and queens unto the Most High God.

Simply stated, We, Barbie & Ken, are victims of corrupt and cowardly Obama-appointed US District Court (SLC) Chief Judge Robert J. Shelby NEVER even granted us a Hearing let alone trial before sending in 13+ US Marshal led SWAT kicking us out of our home, auctioning off our home in a purchase that defaulted and other violations of law WHILE we were under APPEAL to the Circuit Court, wherein we lawfully returned to our LAND PATENTED property / home for five months before being kidnapped by a dangerous multi-jurisdictional 75-man SWAT without presentment of a lawful WARRANT signed and sealed or otherwise (not even a fake one) – only creating a Warrant AFTER the fact.  We’ve “CHECKMATED” almost every government official who has violated their oath of office while trespassing, endangering, damaging us, drawing them out from the supposed “immunity” for breaking their Oath of Office by INVOICING them “as agreed” for their abuse of power they were NOT authorized to us.

We have now amassed over $300 million in personal billings SERVED to each of “the man” or “the woman” who violated us, and are holding them PERSONALLY accountable for the damages they have caused.  There is NO PROTECTION for government officials who break their oath of office – which exposes them personally!

Wouldn’t it be POETIC JUSTICE to see corrupt judges & attorneys removed from their homes, and trade place with those they falsely imprisoned?

Wouldn’t it be a beautiful piece of poetic justice if indeed there is a return to the LAW of the LAND – the Constitution, and that these parasite “government officials” LOST THEIR HOMES and were put out on the street to live on the kindnesses of friends and family — to suffer the pains and distress they have caused “Barbie & Ken” – an average couple – two of ALL We the People?

Letting them “fall into the pit they have dug for their neighbor” is just Step One.

Step TWO is to be brought up on charges — including Misprision of Felony and Misprision of Treason, ARRESTED, and appropriately prosecuted in a Trial by Jury of their Peers (in a Nuremberg 2.0 style) — and hung by a rope until dead if found GUILTY OF TREASON.

How long do you think it would take to RESTORE limited CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT if those who broke their oath of office were actually held accountable for their crimes?

It would be INSTANT.

PLAN “A” — Use the Constitution to save the Constitution — through immediate prosecution and execution of penalties for treason.

OR,

PLAN “B” — wait until a second American CIVIL WAR breaks out, our nation is invaded, we fight for our lives with the DEATH OF MILLIONS of innocent Americans, before rounding up the domestic criminals and then prosecuting them for TREASON.

We, Barbie & Ken, vote that for Plan “A”.  We vote to skip all the misery, suffering, starvation, blood, death and destruction that comes from PLAN “B” of Americans killing Americans in a second American Civil War (probably with the help of illegal alien or foreign armies invaders) and simply JUMP to the hangings — WHICH WILL COME ANYWAY — and do so NOW, as necessary through lawful trials and jury convictions.

Wouldn’t you agree that PLAN A — the making the TRUE CRIMINAL SUFFER NOW — is the smartest, fastest way to get our country back.  OR, do you prefer that you, your spouse, your children and grandchildren, friends and neighbors all SUFFER slow, painful and miserable deaths?

I just got off the phone with Raland Brunson seeking updates on his brother Loy’s NATIONAL EMERGENCY filing under Rule 11 at the Supreme Court.

Remember that LOY is from our very own Cedar Hills, and was neighbors with “Barbie & Ken” Cromar (Councilman from July 1994 to January 2000) living 7 houses apart.  What is in the Cedar Hills water to inspire such Patriotic efforts to fight to save our Constitution.

Raland was excited to tell me that they had just learned a few minutes ago that the Supreme Court had DOCKETED their case (under Loy Arlan Brunson’s name) as LOY ARLAN BRUNSON vs. ALMA S. ADAMS et al. Supreme Court of the United States case #22-1028. 

The 388 Defendants’ (385 members of Congress including Pelosi, and Joseph Biden, Kamala Harris and Mike Pence, 388 total) response is due by May 24 2023.

Raland’s Federal Court Judge issued an order telling the three defendants to respond to Raland’s case
or be removed from office.

What did the three justices do?  They lawyered up.

Yes, they complied with the Federal Court order and asked the judge, through a motion to not let Raland’s case move forward.

With their terminology they told the judge that they were too important for this case and that they should be immune from such lawsuits.

If the justices don’t like the Federal Court’s decision, they could then appeal it to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and if they don’t like the decision from the Appellate Court, then they could appeal it to the US Supreme Court.

Said Raland “I gave them an settlement offer, that if they would grant me a hearing on my Brunson v Adams case, then I would drop my case against them, otherwise, this is headed toward the US Supreme Court”.

Presumably the three Justices would have to recuse themselves from deciding if the case will be heard by SCOTUS leaving that decision to the remaining SIX of the nine total justices.

Now THAT would be an interesting situation, right?

A “60 Minutes” interview with Ray Epps aired Sunday night, prompting backlash from GOP Republicans and conservatives across social media.

In his interview, Epps, who is believed by many to be guilty of orchestrating the events of the Jan. 6 protest, said it was “stupid” of him to encourage Trump supporters to go into the Capitol.

“I said some stupid things. My thought process: we surround the Capitol, we get all the people there. I mean, I had problems with the election. It was my duty as an American to peacefully protest, along with anyone else that wanted to.”

He went on to explain why he privately bragged about orchestrating the events of Jan. 6.

During the interview, the “60 Minutes” host announced a statement the FBI issued which proclaims that Epps is not a federal informant. “Ray Epps has never been an FBI source or an FBI employee,” the FBI’s statement reads.

 

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) asked why Democrats and CBS’ “60 Minutes” interview portray Epps as a victim even after it was revealed the Jan. 6 participant sent a text where he took responsibility for orchestrating the Jan. 6 events.

“Ray Epps is the only person I’ve seen on video January 5th and January 6th urging and directing people to go into the Capitol. In a text message on January 6th he bragged that he orchestrated it. Why do democrats and the media portray him as the victim? So bizarre,” the Kentucky Republican posted on

Twitter.

Simon Ateba, a White House correspondent, reacted to the “60 Minutes” interview on Twitter. Ateba said the interview “left more questions than answers” and questioned why Epps was never jailed.

“BREAKING Ray Epps, suspected of instigating Jan 6 violence but let off by the @FBI, spoke out on @60Minutes. His story left more questions than answers, fueling beliefs he was a plant. Some ask: if he’s free, why jail others who did less?”

Ateba tweeted.

 

Steve Guest, the special advisor for communications for US Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), was bewildered by the FBI’s statement, noting how they refused to answer questioning on Epps from Cruz last year.

“Give me a break. The FBI gives 60 Minutes a statement about Ray Epps in APRIL 2023. But last year when Sen. Ted Cruz asked the FBI the basic question ‘Who is Ray Epps,’ the FBI said, I cannot answer that question,’” Guest posted with the 2022 Cruz hearing video.

The sympathetic profile of Epps will likely not include recent evidence indicating that he was involved in criminal activity at the protest, activity that goes far beyond what other protesters were criminally charged for.

A video that was released by Julie Kelly of American Greatness, shows Epps on the front lines of the protest, confronting police who are shoving protesters with batons.

On Friday, 60 Minutes aired a preview of an interview they are publishing on Sunday that calls allegations that Epps is an FBI formant a ‘convoluted conspiracy.’

Texts that were uncovered between Ray Epps and his nephew reveal Epps telling him, “I was in the front with a few others. I helped orchestrate it.”

You might also think that 60 Minutes would interview other sources, considering Epps knowingly lied in sworn testimony to the January 6th Committee, but instead, they are decrying all reporting that is critical of Epps as the work of conspiracy theorists.  Revolver News’ Darren Beattie indicated that he was not contacted for comment from 60 Minutes despite his important investigative journalism on the matter.

The mountain of evidence against Epps, which includes an appearance on the FBI’s Most Wanted List that was mysteriously removed, will continue to be maligned as misinformation while Epps gets a national platform uncontested.

On January 11, 2021, FBI National Security Branch Executive Assistant Director Jill Sanborn was questioned by the US Senate Judiciary Committee by Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) on whether or not FBI agents or confidential informants played a role on Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol incident that Democrats and their allies in the media have labeled an “insurrection” and “domestic terror attack.” During a recent interview with Carlson, Sen Fox News’ Tuckator Cruz himself apologized for referring to the incident as a “terror attack” on the Capitol.

At the Senate Judiciary Committee’s “The Domestic Terrorism Threat One Year After January 6” hearing, Senator Cruz drilled down on Jill Sandborn, demanding she reveals the extent of the FBI’s involvement in the incident.

“Did any FBI agents or confidential informants actively participate in the events of January 6th? Yes or no?” Sen. Cruz asked.

FBI’s Jill Sanborn: “I can’t answer that.”

Senator Cruz began to ask more direct questions about Ray Epps, a man who was seen on Jan 5, encouraging Trump supporters to go inside the Capitol on Jan. 6. Mr. Epps was also seen in several cases encouraging Trump supporters to breach the Capitol throughout the day.

Cruz asked Jill Sanborn a direct question about Ray Epps: “Ms. Sanborn, was Ray Epps a fed?”

Ms. Sanborn replied: “Sir, I cannot answer that question.”

“Ms. Sanborn, a lot of Americans are concerned that the Federal Government deliberately encouraged illegal and violent conduct on January 6th. My question to you—and this is not an ordinary law enforcement question—this is a question about public accountability—Did federal agents, or those in service of federal agents, actively encourage violent and criminal conduct on January 6th?” Cruz said.

“Not to my knowledge,” a defiant Sandborn responded.

David O. Leavitt was the elected as the new Utah County Attorney in 2017 and took office in January 2018, only to be defeated by a large margin, literally during the week of trial his office was falsely prosecuting us for felony “burglarizing” of our own home!, and “false appropriation”, when in reality he had “kidnapped” by arresting us without a warrant (fabricated hours later) forcing us off our Land Patented property at gun-point, and STEALING our home thru “false appropriation”.  REMEMBER MR. LEAVITT, that karma thing can be a very unhappy “adventure”.  You like adventure?

It would have been appropriate for Mr. Leavitt to be FIRED (removed from office) for his fraudulent prosecution of us, Barbara and Ken Cromar, for kidnapping us and his “false appropriation” and stealing for our home base on lRS case wherein we sued the then Commissioner Charles Rettig — and WON! — when his attorneys asked our suit to be dismissed claiming that we had no case against the Commissioner because he admitted he had NO lRS CLAIM against Barbie & Ken Cromar from 1990 through 2020 – 31 straight years!

All of this  done to under the not so watchful eye of David O. Leavitt who initiated this entire court fiasco, but never showed up or performed his duties in any fashion.  What kind of Utah County Attorney is that?  He initiated a 75-man SWAT team with 2 helicopters, 2 MRAP (tanks), numerous snipers, and evacuated an entire quiet peaceful neighborhood to arrest an unarmed 57 year old grandmother of 7 “Barbie”.  Ken had earlier been arrested in the parking lot of a local grocery store.  Wow!  Great intel from the “gang that couldn’t shoot straight” led by Leavitt and the wanna-be honorable but cowardly Sheriff Mike Smith (all he had to do was knock on our door and present a lawfully signed and sealed warrant), now turned enemy investigator into Leavitt’s alleged years of stunning abuse of others by he and his wife .

We served INVOICES on Leavitt for numerous violation of our God-given Constitutionally guaranteed unalienable rights, in numerous felonies including USC Title 18 section 241 and 242, acting under color of law and conspiracy to deny rights with possible accomplices “judges” Christine S. Johnson, Kraig J. Powell, US District Court Judge David B. Barlow, and Utah State AG Sean Reyes and others.

Public Apology Offered by Ken for Helping Leavitt get Elected

We had such a horrendous previous Utah County Attorney in Jeffrey Buhman, who in the opinion of many friends of Cedar Hills Citizens for Responsible Government, failed to pursue local corruption in the County and Cedar Hills.  Many felt it a shame for him to win the job to prosecute crime from the voters only to abandon them by going off to National Guard duties instead of “mind the store” and getting a famous murder crime so wrong.  Can’t say whether Buhmann was drawing down two government paychecks at the same time or not, but we knew he was not 100% effective as the elected Utah County Attorney.  “ANYBODY would have been better”, we thought.

We were so wrong.

I must confess that I didn’t dig deep enough in vetting David O. Leavitt when I offered to help get his election campaign.  I did my part by producing this short video that helped him win the GOP primary — which in most of Utah is as good as winning the election because much of Utah (outside of Salt Lake City) has long been known to be conservative and Republican.

David is not a stupid man. Actually he is by all accounts an intelligent, well-spoken, handsome and charming man.  But remember, so is Satan.  It also appears that he learns from people he has legal conflicts from.

Rossi fled the country – Leavitt appears to be doing the same thing.  It can be a hard thing to extradite as Leavitt learned from Rossi.

Before fastening your seat-belt for this ride – especially the UNIDROIT section towards end…

[As per the previous posting of “part 3” first an EDITOR’S NOTE of INTRODUCTION]  Kendal Anderson is relatively new to the blog-world, but his deep and thorough research, along with his clear-headed writing is proving formidable, compelling and helpful to people who care about God and Jesus Christ.

Like me, editor Ken Cromar, he is a lifelong member of the “predominant religion of Utah” officially called “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints” – or as nicknamed “The Mormons”.

This is an over simplification, but with Kendal’s permission I can characterize him as one who writes from a “believer’s” concerned perspective about how worldliness has crept into our Church, and is causing compromise to the Church as established by the prophet Joseph Smith and the book of scripture called “The Book of Mormon – Another Testament of Jesus Christ” – hence the title of his blog www.BOMperspectives.com   While I certainly do not agree with all of his writings, he definitely provoked my deeper thinking.

Before I end this post, there is one more topic to cover: the ubiquitous UNIDROIT. Some of you may have never heard of it before. In a single phrase it can be described as an attempt to harmonize the law of the sea across international lines. It brings maritime law into every country, state, county, city, and backyard, and it is prescribed by the UN.

Importing the Lex Mercatoria

UNIDRIOT is a global NGO closely tied to the United Nations. Its long name is the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law. It’s language deals mostly in commercial contracts. And remember, we are all regulated under commerce because we are commercial maritime products being shipped around in a vast sea of space. UNIDRIOT is a combination of two words, the first, uni, comes from the Latin unus, meaning “one.” And the second, droit, is a French word meaning “a right, or legal claim to one’s due.” It also means “right, justice, law,” or to “set straight.”

At first glance it seems like a well-intentioned set of standards to distribute justice around the world. But the question must be asked: justice for whom?

.

Certainly not you and I. Indeed, a deeper probe into UNIDRIOT reveals that its justice means just us, or a law for the elite to regulate their maritime products, i.e., their slaves. Rather than distributing justice, it creates a uniform code of commerce for fictional corporations as they deal in products. And you, dear readers, are the products.

.

Like many other maritime terms, its true intent is hidden in its semantic origins. Taking a second look at the two words that make it up, we find a sinister motif hiding in plain sight. The word unus, or unum, also appears on the Great Seal of the United States just above the eagle, E Pluribus Unum. This phrase is a collectivist slogan for the New World Order meaning, “out of many, one.”

The French word droit was also associated with the French phrase droit du seigneur, or “the lord’s right.” A right for whom to do what? In a medieval custom, sometimes the feudal lord would exercise his “right” over a vassal to have intercourse with his wife on the wedding night before the marital consummation. If any of you have seen the movie Braveheart you’ll know exactly what this is. A vassal is a fief, or someone who owes something to the lord by merely existing on his land, and therefore has no rights. And remember, a feudal lord’s land is granted to him by the king, who enjoys a mercantilist relationship with him. The F-word that we mindlessly use today is actually an acronym meaning, “fornication under the consent of the king.”

So what the French phrase droit du seigneur really means is, “the right for the elite to rape you.” However, with UNIDRIOT we are not talking about physical rape. We are talking about control. Rape is not always used in a sexual context. For instance, in this post I wrote last year, I quoted a book explaining what the word “rape” really means. It is derived from the Latin word rapere, meaning, “to snatch,” but is also related to the words rave and raven. Ultimately, it means to overwhelm and to enrapture, to invade, to usurp, to pillage, and to steal.

And what are they stealing? You, including your mind, your body, and your very soul.

Do you remember the scene from the Matrix when Morpheus tells Neo that he is a slave?

Neo always knew something was wrong, but he just couldn’t place what it was. He knew there was a “Matrix,” but until Morpheus revealed to him what it was, Neo had no idea that the Matrix was really a prison for his mind.

Well, UNIDRIOT is the Matrix, it is the legal code for the universal enslavement of mankind.

.

The roots of UNIDROIT stretch back to 1957, the year the Treaty of Rome created the European Economic Community. The EEC eventually morphed into the European Union. In 1971, the young Keynesian economist Klaus Schwab and 450 European leaders created the European Management Forum, the precursor of the World Economic Forum. This created a global framework to slowly implement UNIDROIT across international lines.

On November 22nd of 1963, JFK was assassinated, just a few short months later, the United States become a member of UNIDROIT on Friday the 13th, in March of 1964. LBJ signed the Civil Rights Act into law on July 2nd, 1964.

.

None of this is a coincidence. Just as the 14th Amendment was based upon the Lieber Code, the Civil Rights Acts was based upon UNIDRIOT.  Notice the pattern: presidential assassination (Lincoln/JFK), maritime law precedent (Lieber Code/UNIDRIOT), U.S. legislation sliding easily into its framework (14th Amendment/Civil Rights Act).

There were exactly 96 years between the passing of the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights Act, both 9 and 6 have special meaning to the occult, but in this instance, I believe it is a symbol of culling the masses into the New World Order. Why? Because when 9 is flipped upside down you get 6, which symbolizes trickery. This concept was portrayed in the 1989 comedy The Burbs:

Seemingly good laws, such as the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights Act, were really meant trick you into accepting maritime law and globalism.

.

And remember, civil law means Roman law.

.

Notice that both the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights Act arose out of conflict. Planned order out of deliberate chaos.

.

UNIDRIOT covers a host of maritime concepts, including contracts, banking law, maintenance obligations, legal status of women, secured transactions, civil procedure, negotiable instruments, mandatory insurance for motor vehicles, marriage, divorce, and children.

.

In its Preamble, the UNIDROIT document states that contracts can be governed by “general principles of law,” or the lex mercatoria, which is Latin for the maritime law.

.

Its stated purpose is to bring all law into one harmonious whole. Part of that law is the Uniform Commercial Code, which is governed by an international treaty. That treaty was silently foisted upon the American people in 1964.

.

However, treaties are not law, and treating them as such in unconstitutional. They only affect the District of Columbia because that is the only land that is supposed to be controlled by the government. The way they get around this obstacle is by making each U.S. citizen also a citizen of the District of Columbia, and then extending the District of Columbia over the entire nation:

• A citizen of the United States is a citizen of the District of Columbia.
• “(h) The United States is located in the District of Columbia.” (Uniform Commercial Code Sec. 9.307. LOCATION OF DEBTOR)

Tell me, how can the entire continental United States fit into the 63 square miles that comprise Washington D.C.? Well, it doesn’t, but a corporation called the United StatesTM does.

A 1953 court case described this very thing:

 

There has been created a fictional federal State (of) xxxxxx within a state. (See Howard v. Sinking Fund of Louisville, 344 U.S. 624, 73 S. Ct. 465, 476, 97 L. Ed. 617 (1953); Schwarts v. O’Hara TP School District, 100 A 2d. 621, 625, 375, Pa. 440)

One of the items governed by UNIDRIOT is called “negotiable instruments.” This is referring to fiat currency, specifically Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs). They are debt instruments which merely discharge, or transfer debt. They do not pay for anything because they are not backed by gold or silver. A dollar bill therefore, is a bill of credit, so when you pay for merchandise with dollars you are using a bill to pay a bill.

In 1966, just two years after the U.S. entered the UNIDRIOT agreement/treaty, the Federal Tax Lien Act was passed. This was an attempt to bring the internal revenue laws (Revenue Act of 1913) into conformity with the Uniform Commercial Code. Basically, it gave the government more power to collect taxes from delinquent “persons,” i.e., little corporations with ALL CAPS names.

Payments are discussed in Article 6 of the UNIDROIT Principles, and it uses legalese such as “transfer” and “discharge” when referring to “monetary obligations.”

Do you know what the word discharge really means?

Its prefix Dis means “Roman underworld god,” usually in reference to Pluto, or a demon. Charge means a “load, burden, imposition,” or “responsibility.” Thus, discharge literally means “charged up demon.” Is our current monetary system infused with sorcery?

But there’s more… Charge is also associated with the words entrust, command, and accuse. And who is the great Accuser? Satan himself. So discharge also means “demon accuser.”

And who is being accused when a debt is discharged? Why, you and I, because we are using the bankers play money. And remember, we are the security that is leveraged against it. We are the surety, we are the real asset backing the fiction.

Now, how is UNIDROIT being implemented in Utah? Through the Uniform Law Commission, the national version of UNIDROIT, established in the U.S. in 1892. The ULC publishes a yearly legislative report for states that are implementing international law. Utah has passed several laws that qualify for the report (SB 121, HB 94, SB 188, and SB 18 are some examples).

They are doing this in every state.

And by the way, the UN has an International Maritime Organization (IMO)that governs the law of the sea for the entire globe. Like UNIDRIOT, this was a multilateral agreement reached in the 1950s to protect the “biodiversity” of the oceans. This organization regulates all shipping on the high seas once ships leave port.

Although nations and states maintain control over sea and inland ports, they are subject to international regulations prescribed by the IMO. Is the Utah Inland Port now a back door for this organization to reach its tentacles onto the mainland?

Only time will tell. But judging by who is behind the Inland Port and who sits on its boards, it has globalism written all over it anyway.

And speaking of maritime law, before I end I want to leave you with some interesting verses from the Old Testament book of Zephaniah. His short record is a prophecy about the coming destruction that will precede the Lord’s coming. Before that day God will “punish the princes,” the “king’s children,” and the merchants:

 

And it shall come to pass in that day, says the Lord, that there shall be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and a howling from the second, and a great crashing from the hills. Howl, you inhabitants of Maktesh, for all the merchant people are cut down. All they that bear silver are cut off. (Zephaniah 1:3, RE, emphasis added)

The Hebrew word Maktesh, means “mortar” or “deep hollow.” In the context of the verse above it has reference to silver merchants in Jerusalem. This part of the city, it was conjectured, was called the “Phoenician Quarter,” the place where the merchants resided.

Is Zephaniah using Jewish imagery to write about the modern city-states of London, Washington D.C., and Vatican City?

Perhaps. These cities are definitely “deep hollows” or strongholds that merchants control and are independent of any nation on earth.

But there’s more.

Zephaniah also tells us that God will one-day restore a pure language:

 

Therefore, wait upon me, says the Lord, until the day I rise to the prey. For my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them my indignation, even all my fierce anger. For all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy. For then I will turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent. (Zephaniah 1:11, RE, emphasis added)

This is a fascinating concept, especially in light of the stark reality that our language has been corrupted and is being used to enslave us.

There is a recent book published by Bryan Lang and Dr. Brian Zang that expounds upon this very thing, entitled, The Ancient Cosmic Language.

 

As it turns out, that pure Adamic language may have had a lot more to do with the stars and constellations than many of us have previously realized. I highly recommend the book. You can follow Bryan here.
