Residents want court to remove Cedar Hills mayor, city manager

Two Cedar Hills residents have filed a complaint in court seeking the removal of Mayor Eric Richardson and city manager Konrad Hildebrandt.

“We need protection from our local government,” the court filing reads. “As citizens and taxpayers of the city of Cedar Hills, we are very concerned that evidence is growing that our city manager and mayor may have operated outside city and state law on numerous occasions, and we request an investigation into possible high crimes and misdemeanors.”
