City Manager Resigns

For months, Cedar Hills Citizen for Responsible Government have been researching, requesting public records, and preparing official complaints documenting questionable actions by City officials.  January 23, 2012 a complaint was filed with the Fourth District Court seeking the investigation and prosecution of City Manager Konrad Hildebrandt and Mayor Eric Richardson.  At the Tuesday, April 24th City Council Meeting, an Open Letter was read “Respectfully demanding the resignation of Konrad Hildebrand / City Manager and Mayor Eric Richardson.”  Some of the reasons are listed in the previous posting.  Today, May 1, Konrad Hildebrandt resigned.

Cedar Hills city manager, two other employees resign Tuesday

CEDAR HILLS — Three city employees resigned on Tuesday, including city manager Konrad Hildebrandt.
